We feature in the October 2016 Delicious Magazine as winners of their UK wide awards. We have won the 'From the Sea' Artisan Producer award. This is a major achievement for us being only 1 year old, but it gives credence to our concept of Seafood Charcuterie. The judges loved our Island Cure Smoked Halibut, and they voted for us unanimously. We are bowled over! 650 nominations from all over the UK were whittled down to 8 category winners. We are thrilled with this, given the judging panel were all household names.
We are so excited that our Smoked Halibut Island Cure has been nominated for the national Delicious Magazine Produce Awards 2016.
